Designed as a collaborative space, it brings together organizations to share best practices and drive awareness around the underrepresentation of women in sales. In partnership with LinkedIn, WinS offers learning opportunities, celebrates success stories, and equips participants with actionable strategies to foster gender balance in sales teams
Build high-performing Inclusive Teams
For building entry level talent, our approach has been “build” formats like “Hire Train Deploy” model. To expand the talent pool, we’ve built strong partnerships with Tier 3 & Tier 4 MBA colleges across metro and non-metro cities. For mid & senior-level hiring, our headhunting expertise ensures access to top diverse talent. We also engage with women-led communities, creating alternate hiring channels.
WinS Sell-A-Thon
It is a intercollegiate sales challenge is specially curated for girls from tier 2-3 & 4 cities who aspire to build successful careers in sales. The program is designed to offer real-world experience and create a robust learning platform where participants can engage with potential employers and sales mentors.

WinS collaborates with partner organizations to support Women in Sales ERGs and implement impactful engagement programs, including maternity break support. We have also designed a tailored Sales Leadership Journey for women in sales.
