Women in sales in India are earning more than ever before, with average salaries now matching those of their male counterparts.
Women are breaking into leadership positions in sales at an increasing rate, with 20% of sales managers in India now being women.
According to a 2023 survey by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), 32% of women MBA graduates planned to pursue a career in sales and marketing. This is up from 28% in 2022.
